Located on the stunning island of Koh Russey, in the Koh Rong archipelago, the idyllic resort will be just 10 minutes from the mainland. Despite the lost-in-paradise appeal - covered in bamboo and fringed with white sandy beaches, the resort will be easily accessed by regular shuttle boats.

There will be 50 Pavilions divided amongst four buildings – three buildings set in gardens, housing 38 Garden Pavilions, and one building overlooking the ocean, housing 12 Ocean Pavilions. The resort also includes 13 individual one-, two- and four-bedroom villas, comprising of 2 Garden Villas and 11 villas nestled along the beach, all with their own private swimming pool. The villas are available for private ownership and can either be maintained for the owner’s private use or included as part of the accommodation rental pool.

Designed in a minimalist modern style with indoor and outdoor living spaces blending in with the environment. Alila Villas represents Alila’s new generation of ultra-luxurious yet sustainable developments. Facilities will run the gamut from an outdoor cinema to a yoga studio with complimentary classes.
