ASIA DMC handled the biggest MICE group from India of over 500 guests in Ho Chi Minh City

The city identified MICE tourism as one of the seven travel products that need further boosts in its tourism development strategies, said Nguyen Cam Tu - Director of the municipal Tourism Promotion Center.

According to the number of Vietnamese leading online newspapers, ASIA DMC and Ho Chi Minh Departments of Tourism successfully welcomed and organized the biggest MICE Group from India - one of Vietnam's important targeted markets. Ho Chi Minh City takes the first ranking in the tourism revenue of the country. Subhash Chandar, ASIA DMC's General Manager, said that Vietnam is one of the most favorite destinations among Indian and Chinese visitors.

500 guests of HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company from India have arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, beginning their five-day trip to discover, experience, and conference in the southern Vietnamese metropolis from 20- 25 July.

The group attended a conference and enjoyed gala dinner in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday evening.

During their stay in the city, the MICE group also explores popular attractions, including the War Remnants Museum, the Saigon Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, and Cu Chi Tunnels, and enjoy local food at some restaurants.
