CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

1. Cancellation policy:

- Any cancellation at 35 days prior to arrival date: NO charge (less penalties for any issued nonrefundable flight tickets)

- Any cancellation between 35 days to 20 days prior to arrival date: 25% charge

- Any cancellation between 20 days to 10 days prior to arrival date: 50% charge

- Any cancellation less than 10 days: 100% charge

 

2. Payment policy:

- Full payment is required soonest possible & latest by 35 days prior to arrival date (exceptional where credit agreements are in place)

- The deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of itinerary confirmation

- A higher deposit may be required where pre-ticketing or pre-booking/payment to third parties are required.

- The bank transfer fee and any corresponding fees are assumed by the sender.

• By bank transfer

Please note for any kind of payment: bank fees are assumed by the sender

Payment due: A special payment deadline will be applied and indicated in specific bookings within the tour confirmation. In case, we have to deposit to the suppliers to guarantee the service availability, we will request you to settle the deposit to us accordingly.

 

2. Booking process notes:

- Upon receipt of your request or booking, we will immediately send a short notice to acknowledge the receipt.

- We will deal with your requests or bookings and send out our detailed proposal or tour confirmation within 24 hours (or soonest possible) with details of specific terms & conditions.

 

3. Cancellation/ No show

The specific cancellation fee will be indicated in tour confirmation for specific bookings. This is due to the fact that each hotel and each supplier apply their different cancellation policy.

There will be no refund for travellers whom no-show to pre-booked (and confirmed) touring, experiences, meetings and/or reservations.

Any cancellation from ASIA DMC  due to force majeure such as war, strikes, earthquake will be subject to no charge/penalty.

 

4. Flights

Please be advised that Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any flight schedule change, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. We will try to guarantee the price and program as confirmed. In any case where surcharges or touring disruptions due to flight changes occur, we will inform you and your client of such for further payment (if applicable. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the fact that in case of flight schedule changes that clients cannot connect the international flights.

 

5. Visa

Every traveler is required to have the relevant visa required to enter each of our destinations. Please refer to our pre-departure information or contact your closest Embassy (of the destination/s you will be visiting) for up to the minute information. 

 

6. Warranty

ASIA DMC will commit all the services as confirmed and stated in tour confirmation. However, we are not responsible for any injuries, loss or damage borne by clients during their journey due to circumstances beyond ASIA DMC’s control.  In case of a passenger falling sick or being hospitalized, ASIA DMC shall provide all necessary assistance to guests. Affected guests shall bear his/her own medical expenses and any other incidental expenses

Once we send our tour confirmation, we send all full information on places and destinations; we will not hold any responsibility due to the fact that these destinations change appearances due to any irresistible reasons. In this case, we will arrange the visit to alternative with similar costs.

 

7. Jurisdiction

Any dispute which cannot be settled on mutual compromise will be settled at the Court where ASIA DMC is located

 

8. Insurance

We recommend Travel Insurance for all travellers, please refer to your insurance provider’s Product Disclosure Document to ensure you are adequately covered by any terms whether listed/unlisted within these terms.
