Objective of Position

In charge of building and developing trade partners (B2B) for the Turkish Speaking Markets (ESM) via networking, quotation follow up, local marketing, tactical marketing, training, relationship building, account management and sales related activities. To offer rate parity amongst top producing partners and in line with each market’s segmentation and distribution. To support MICE Manager with any presentation required to win MICE business and to guide Sales Managers and Sales teams (multi region) on specified market needs. Work with the Product team and regional MDs to identify, innovate or create product experiences for promotion within their assigned market. Travel to designated market for sales calls and account management/acquisition and present the company in a well groomed and professional manner. 

Contracting Executive
12th July 2018

1. Maintain the suppliers database and looking for new suppliers.

2. Coordinate with other departments to make inspection and evaluate services quality of current suppliers and finding new suppliers.

3. Negotiate and make annually contracts with current suppliers. Ensure that the pricing and payment terms, cancellation terms are the most supportive for ASIA DMC.

4. Coordinate with other departments to sign the hard copies contracts with suppliers.

5. Follow up and manage the contracts/credit applications with suppliers.

6. Update database daily and immediately when receive the new contracts, new offers, promotion… from suppliers.

7. Networking with suppliers.

8. Attend events and meetings with suppliers to strengthen the partnership and advertise the brand ASIA DMC

9. Support Sales in bidding for group, series by negotiating with suppliers to get the best offers.

10. Coordinate with other departments to make periodical evaluation for suppliers in preferred list and review preferred list.

11. Make daily report and weekly report.

12. Calculate the production of suppliers in month base on the report from Accounting Department, analysis and make report.

13. Calculate the production of suppliers in quarter base on the report from Reservation Department, analysis and make report.

14. Cooperate with other departments when company launch new marketing campaigns, promotions, roadshows, travel fairs…

15. Do market research.

Graphic Designer

The “Graphic designer” is responsible for creation of all visual designs starting from the very first design ideas, concept, draft, typography to print-caring and finalizing design outcomes. Designs encompasses Marketing materials such as corporate identity (CI, branding), printing materials (catalogues, brochures, flyers, leaflets, envelopes etc.), exposure materials (travel trade booth and 3D designs), digital designs (websites and online designs) and branding materials (video clips, gifts, give-away products) etc.

He/she shall proactively take lead in design development, effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved to successfully transform design requirements into practical, expectation-matching design outputs.
